Welsh MEP Jill Evans is holding a conference in Powys on Tuesday, with delegates from all over the country looking at the worrying effects of TETRA masts on communities in Wales.
Ms Evans, Deputy Leader of Plaid Cymru the Party of Wales, will welcome delegates to the Broneirion Conference centre, Llandinam, Powys, at 11.00 a.m. There will be a range of speakers looking at what is happening on this issue around Wales.
Jill Evans, who represents the whole of Wales in the European Parliament, said:
“Many different groups and individuals have contacted me with concerns about these masts in their local communities, and the lack of consultation and local democracy involved.
“I aim to share information about why communities and individuals are concerned, and what action they have taken.”
