Jill Evans MEP has today ( 13th April) been invited to present Disability Awareness Awards to members of Rhondda Cynon Taf Epilepsy group and also to persent the group with a cheque from Awards for All Wales, a Lottery grant.

Jill Evans, Plaid MEP said:

"I am pleased to support the work carried out by members of Rhondda Cynon Taf Epilepsy Group. The Disability Awareness Awards achieved by many members of the group are positive in encouraging those with Epilepsy to carry out training activities and educational tasks. I hope that the group continues with its positive work and encourages members to take part in such Award schemes."

John Thomas, Chairman of RCT Epilepsy group added:

"I am delighted that Jill Evans has agreed to present these awards to members of our group in Rhondda Cynon Taf. She has supported our work wholeheartedly and I hope that she will continue to do so in the future. For members of the group to receive such awards, and for us to receive funding means that we can enourage the development of our group and our members."
