  • I took part in the Greens/EFA group discussion on the EU referendum.

  • I co-hosted a seminar on Geo-blocking and called on upon the European Commission to ensure that legislation on access to web based programming while abroad facilitates the use of Welsh and other minority languages.

  • I met Commissioner Andriukaitis, responsible for Health and Food Safety, on behalf of the Thalidomide Survivors Campaign.

  • In the European Parliament in Strasbourg i spoke ahead of the European Council Summit and emphasised the importance of EU membership to Wales and the Welsh economy.

  • I met campaigners from the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) to offer them my support in their campaign to raise awareness of the role of exercise and sport in managing diabetes.

  • I sponsored a visit by Merched y Wawr Ceredigion to the European Parliament in Brussels.

  • I completed my paper on the EU reforms that Plaid Cymru is proposing.

  • I went to Paris for the COP21 Climate change conference and called on the Welsh Government to make clear and concrete commitments ahead of the Paris Climate Conference.

  • I spoke against the unacceptable delays in direct payments that Welsh farmers have faced this year.

  • I sent a letter of support to the No-Pylons Campaign and responded to the National Gridís consultation on the matter following a meeting with the European Commission.

  • My focus in the coming months will be Plaidís European referendum campaign. We expect David Cameron to announce the date on the 19th of February following an agreement with the European Council.

  • I am currently running an anti-TTIP campaign, with a local day of action to be held in 10 locations over Wales on the 30th of January, giving local candidates the chance to engage with constituents on this important issue.

  • The documentary film of the EFA delegationís visit to Palestine in June was launched in the European Parliament in December. I will be publicising the film, which is also available on YouTube.

  • As part of my new internship programme, I will shortly be advertising for candidates to complete a 3 month paid internship at the Brussels office.

  • I will be speaking on the EU referendum at a conference in Dundalk, Ireland, organised by the Centre for Cross-Border Studies.

  • I will be visiting the "Jungle" camp in Calais with Liz Saville Roberts and Vicky Moller to meet the refugees and discuss how we can support them.
